I'm a lifelong Californian, born and raised in the Bay Area (specifically Sunnyvale). At some point I lived in Cupertino and Boulder Creek (near Santa Cruz). I worked as a secretary at Moffett Field (NASA) in Mt. View, then worked in various roles at a small laser company in Santa Clara. Over a decade later, I moved to Tracy and stayed home to raise 4 children. That was 25 years ago, and it was quite the journey!

Tracy is "over the hill" from the Bay Area. At the time, new homes were plentiful and affordable. Some residents commuted so they could earn good money and pay a small mortgage. For me, owning a home was a long time goal of mine. My parents (and society at large) instilled in me the belief that home ownership was key to my success. It was a way to invest in my financial future, it offered freedom from living under another's rules, and it allowed me my own private space.....king of the castle. And they were right. Yes, I'm responsible for paying for the home, its contents, maintenance and taxes. But it's mine.

My kids grew up and moved on to continue their own life journeys, and I was left to ponder what I should do next. What I did know was that my desire to care for and help people attain their goals was strong, so I decided to channel that into helping people find their own castles. My road took a new turn and I haven't looked back.

My goal as a Realtor® (yes its a trademarked title) is to guide you through the daunting process of selling or buying a property. I work full-time so I can dedicate myself to understanding your unique needs and help you achieve your goals. My deep and personal understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities of the Bay Area market make me an ideal source for answering your real estate questions.

For those who aren't ready to start this process, I would encourage you to expand your vision beyond what you're hearing from well-intended sources. I challenge you to reconsider your conclusions and make your own decisions based on accurate, clear information from reputable lending sources.
